Karthikeyan N has extensive work experience in the IT industry, starting in 1999 with OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd. Karthikeyan initially worked as a System Engineer, providing technical support to end users and installing hardware and software. Karthikeyan then transitioned to a Field Service Engineer role, specializing in IBM System X hardware support and Thomson Reuters product support. In 2013, Karthikeyan took on the role of Field Engineer, where they supported multiple clients and coordinated projects involving the setup and configuration of servers, network devices, and workstations. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Technical Specialist, performing monitoring and problem determination using various tools. Additionally, Karthikeyan has experience as a Customer IT Support Representative, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and asset recording. In 2007, they joined OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd/IBM Singapore as a Team Lead, managing a team of eight members and overseeing the monitoring of Open System and Mainframe operations. Prior to their IT career, Karthikeyan worked as a System Support Officer at Vilae De Collete Construction & Engineering Services, where they commissioned IT systems and provided technical support. Karthikeyan also worked as an Accounts Assistant and Technical Support at Forward Systems Pte. Ltd., handling admin support, data backup, and troubleshooting. Karthikeyan has previous experience as a Stores Manager at Ajantha Hardware Stores and as a Computer Operator and Storage Supervisor at Gulf Stevedoring Contracting Co. Ltd., where they managed inventory and tracked vessel movements.

Karthikeyan N completed an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management with a field of study in Information Technology from Informatics Computer Systems in the year 1990. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Novell Administrator from Novell in May 1998 and became a Cisco Certified Network Associate from CISCO in September 2003.
