Carlos Melcer

Carlos Melcer is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial expert with extensive experience across diverse industries. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Opus Music Group since January 2022, Melcer plays a key role in managing an independent record label and music publisher. Prior to this, Melcer co-founded IIG Holdings LLC in May 2013, focusing on technology and media investment strategies. Leadership positions include Director, CFO, and VP of Strategic Partnerships at BeyondView until June 2023, Director at OOOii, and founding member and Director of the Collaborative Education Initiative, among others. Melcer's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of CIMA Capital, LLC, and includes significant roles at MasterImage 3D LLC and Isadra, Inc., where contributions to business development and restructuring were pivotal. Educational credentials include a BS in Economics with a Minor in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
