Halley Baker

Halley Baker serves as the Practice Leader for Regulatory Affairs Labeling Strategy at Opus Regulatory Inc. since September 2018, overseeing all Labeling Strategists and Labeling Operations Consultants. Previously, Halley held the role of Principal Consultant and Account Executive in Regulatory Affairs at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from April 2017 to June 2018, and served as Associate Director, Global Labeling Product Leader at Merck from December 1991 to April 2017. Halley's extensive experience includes managing worldwide product labeling, leading label evaluation strategy meetings, and project managing medical data encoding teams. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing Concentration from Elizabethtown College and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing.
