Marsharelle Tolbert has a long history of work experience. Marsharelle started their career in 2004 as a Merchandise Trainee at QVC Inc. In 2005, they worked as an Assistant Designer at Mothers Work Inc. Marsharelle then moved on to Le Mystere LLC in 2006 as a Sales Consultant and Merchandise Coordinator. In 2012, they worked as a Merchandiser at Bloomingdale's, where they created strong merchandising presentations throughout the store, dressed lifestyle mannequins, and processed and delivered new receipts to the sales floor. In 2014, they worked as a Natori Retail Coordinator and Fit Specialist at Dana-Co, where they drove sales volume for the Natori brand in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's and Macy's within the Philadelphia tri-state area. In 2015, they Co-Founded Sweet Potatoes and Black Beans, a mobile dining experience company. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Retail Account Manager and Retail Business Development Associate at Sparks, a Global Brand Experience Agency. During this time, they built relationships with clients and internal teams, coordinated with all internal departments, and maintained constant communication with clients. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at both Opus Training and Medrio.

Marsharelle Tolbert graduated from Drexel University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design.
