Job Overview:

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and growing new customer accounts within your assigned territory. Your territory will be focused on law firms defined by geographical location and other criteria. You will be responsible for managing an end-to-end sales cycle with opportunities in your territory - prospecting and identifying new opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and working with other members of the Opus 2 team to develop lasting relationships with each new customer in your territory. Opus 2 is very much focused on strong customer relationships and adding value through our great customer service and best-in-class technology solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be a member of a team of motivated and inspired individuals who work together well to ensure that our clients are treated as valued partners and their needs are always met with integrity.
  • Learn the Opus 2 value proposition, the needs it addresses and be able to communicate our solutions effectively to prospective and existing customers.
  • Be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned territory.
  • Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and qualifying target prospective customers and developing a strong advisory relationship throughout the sales process.
  • Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the Opus 2 CRM (activity, opportunity status, projected closing dates, and projected forecast amounts, among others).
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues regarding existing and new clients to establish and maintain the strong relationships and reputation that differentiates Opus 2 from its competitors.
  • Communicate requested product and opportunity feedback shared by prospective and existing clients for utilisation in product development process, marketing plans and sales strategy.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings and Company events as necessary.
