Job Overview

As a Mid-Market Legal Account Executive, you will identify and close new customer accounts within your assigned territory of mid-market law firms (<100 attorneys). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting and identifying new opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and working with other members of the Opus 2 team to develop lasting relationships with each prospect in your territory. Opus 2 is focused on strong customer relationships and adding value through our great customer service and best-in-class technology solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned territory.
  • Learn the Opus 2 value proposition & the needs it addresses and be able to communicate our solutions effectively to prospective customers.
  • Actively prospect within your region, uncovering new opportunities in small, mid-market, and niche litigation law firms.
  • Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the Opus 2 CRM (activity, opportunity status, projected closing dates, and projected forecast amounts, among others).
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings, and company events as necessary.
