Alexandra Nieuwsma

Alexandra Nieuwsma has a diverse work experience. Alexandra began their career in 2016 as a Technical Services Assistant at Westmont College Library. Alexandra then worked as an Op-Ed Writer for the Horizon newspaper, Westmont College. In 2016, they were a Research Assistant Intern at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and in 2017, they were a Research Assistant for the Honorable Abraham Sofaer. Alexandra was a Fellow at the Hertog Foundation and The John Jay Institute in 2018 and in 2019, they were a Research Intern at The Heritage Foundation and a Social & Digital Engagement Manager and Senior Editor and a Marketing Associate at OPUSfidelis. As a Marketing Associate, they were responsible for producing creative content for a variety of clients, including copywriting, blogging, and editing, as well as publishing content daily on multiple online channels, moderating and growing social networks, and promoting customer messages, brand, and assets.

Alexandra Nieuwsma obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Westmont College between 2014 and 2017.
