Serena Bollettini has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. In 2019, they worked as a Claims Handler at Generali Italia, where they handled insurance claims. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Corporate Credit Analyst at C-GLOBAL CEDACRI GLOBAL SERVICES S.P.A., where they were responsible for back office banking activities and managing loan applications for Small and Mid Corporate clients. Recently, in 2021, they joined Opyn as an Operation Credit Analyst, where they analyze credit and operational data.

Serena Bollettini pursued their education from 2009 to 2019 at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. During this time, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Giurisprudenza with a specialization in Forense.
