Filippo Squassoni started their work experience in 2011 as an Exchange Student with AFS Intercultural Programs, spending one year in China. In 2017, they joined Sharebot as a Field Service Engineer - Tech Support, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at EOS as a Field Service Engineer. In 2021, they moved to 3D Systems Corporation, taking on the role of Software Tech Support Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Oqton in the same position.

Filippo Squassoni pursued their education at Politecnico di Milano from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Filippo Squassoni also acquired several certifications. Filippo completed Customer Success Management Fundamentals at LinkedIn in May 2021 and gained electrical certification EN50110 from Primaonline in the same month and year. Furthermore, they obtained Six Sigma Foundations, Strategic Thinking, and Certified Trainer certifications from LinkedIn in May 2021, July 2020, and July 2019 respectively. Filippo Squassoni also participated in a cross-cultural workshop on German business culture provided by Eidam & Partner in July 2019.
