Rebecca Roels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and process expertise, currently serving as a Senior Customer Process Expert at ORAC nv since January 2010. In addition to their current role, Rebecca has held positions such as Customer Service Project Officer, Customer Service Team Lead for Homecountries, and Customer Service representative for Spain and Germany. Prior to this, Rebecca worked briefly as a Translator for Eyeworks in November 2009, translating "de Andalusische droom."
