Fahad Al-Malik, CCXP, MBA, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Oracle since February 2022. Prior to this role, Fahad was a Senior Customer Experience Executive at SAP from April 2019 to January 2022 and held multiple positions at Microsoft, including Account Executive for both Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector accounts from November 2013 to March 2019. Earlier in the career, Fahad gained experience as a Project Coordinator at Al-Elm Information Security Company, successfully managing a $5 million project, and completed internships in web services development and IT support at Al-Elm Information Security Company and National Guard Health Affairs, respectively. Fahad holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University.
