Guy Waterman

Guy Waterman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business development, currently serving as Global Strategy Lead and VP of People Analytics, HCM Technology, and Innovation at Oracle since 2005. Waterman oversees the strategic direction for various SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions, ensuring their successful deployment for cloud customers. In addition to this role, Waterman serves on the Board of Advisors for HR Research Institute and has held an executive board position at the Velocity Network Foundation.
