Herbie Lam is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in sales and team management across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Regional Director at Oracle since December 2022, Herbie is responsible for establishing a new team and managing sales for Oracle's Linux and Virtualization solutions. Prior roles include General Manager at Quest Software and One Identity, where significant contributions involved building regional sales teams, transforming go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth in identity security and data protection. Herbie's earlier career includes leadership positions at SUSE, Attachmate, and SilverStream Software, showcasing a consistent track record of enhancing market share and profitability. Herbie holds an MBA and an MSc in e-Commerce from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a diploma from The Institute of Ad. Management in the U.K.
