Michael Dillon

Michael Dillon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director for the Life Sciences Global Business Unit at Oracle since December 2020, Michael leads the North America CRO and Government Accounts Team, focusing on revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the Clinical platform. Prior to Oracle, Michael held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Ashfield, contributing to the global expansion of outsourced healthcare services. Michael's experience also includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PLx Pharma Inc. and National Sales Director at Publicis Health. Earlier in the career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Michael advanced through various leadership positions, including Regional Director roles in New York and New Jersey. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from SUNY Brockport and a Leadership Development Certification from The Wharton School.
