Natasha Nathoo

Natasha Nathoo, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PMP, and SAFe Agilist, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Oracle since June 2021, leading global teams in the development of a next-generation SaaS suite of Human Capital Management cloud-based products for 29,000 customers worldwide. Natasha developed an agile program strategic delivery framework that encompasses governance, risk management, and communication strategies, while acting as a change champion for business process improvements. Previously, Natasha held roles at TD as a Program Manager and Senior Business Project Manager, focusing on employee engagement and digital mortgage solutions, respectively. At CIBC, Natasha led projects for client loyalty integration and anti-money laundering compliance, while at BMO Financial Group, Natasha worked as a Senior Project Consultant. Natasha holds an Honours BA in Labour Relations and Political Science from McMaster University.
