Seong-Soo Song holds extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, primarily with Oracle Korea since July 1996, where current responsibilities include serving as Sales Senior Director for Customer Support Services. In this role, Seong-Soo has successfully led a transformation of the support renewal sales process to align with Oracle's global standards, implementing improvements that contribute to consistent business growth. Previous roles include Business Operations Director and Domain Expert focused on Oracle Financials Globalization, where Seong-Soo facilitated business process transformation and developed localized solutions for Korean accounting and tax compliance. Earlier career highlights include positions at 39 Home Shopping as Controller and Accounting Manager, and at Arthur Andersen & Co. as Auditor and Consultant. Seong-Soo holds a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Korea University.
