Silvia Pacia

Silvia Pacia (Babikian) is a Senior Corporate Counsel (Litigation) at Oracle, where they represent the company in various litigation-related matters. With over a decade of experience, Silvia has focused on complex commercial disputes, particularly in securities litigation and cases involving financial services and insurance companies. They previously worked as a Senior Litigation Associate at Mayer Brown LLP and were a Litigation Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Silvia also served as Pro Bono Counsel for ACLU SoCal in the past. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and History with Honors from Stanford University.
