Sunil Salve

Sunil Salve is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation support and compliance management. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Support Manager at Oracle since June 2018, Sunil leads global teams in ERP SaaS implementations for enterprise clients, achieving significant improvements in service levels. Previously, Sunil worked as a Compliance Manager at Cherwell Software, where ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliance frameworks were successfully implemented, accelerating certification significantly. Sunil also established the first Project Management Office at Cherwell Software and secured a major state grant as Information Technology Director at GOAL Academy, enhancing IT infrastructure and achieving substantial cost savings. Sunil's career began at Young Life, managing a large donor management system and ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Geology with a minor in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Education.
