Tomás Aiza - PSM I® has a diverse background in business development and management, with experience in both public and private sectors. At Oracle, Tomás served as a Sales Account Executive focused on the Public Sector and as a Business Development Consultant. In previous roles, Tomás held leadership positions at Secretaria de economia do Distrito Federal, including Head of Innovation and Information and Communication Technology Systems Unit, and served as a Scrum Master and Technical Leader of Development and Innovation. Additional experience includes serving as Country Operations Director at Original Café & Boutique do Suco and Business Development and Relationship Executive at SmileboxBr. Tomás also contributed to IPEA as the Head of Institutional Projects and Planning Division and Project Assistant - PMO. Tomás holds a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Management 4.0 from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Brasília.
