Liz McKnight graduated from Cook College at Rutgers University in 1983 with a B.S. in Animal Science, and earned her CVT status after passing the Veterinary Technician National Exam in 1999. Liz has worked at Oradell Animal Hospital for over 30 years where she has been involved in all aspects of animal care, including nursing, surgery, dentistry, radiology and oncology. Over the years her role expanded to supervising the technical support staff. Since 1997, Liz became the manager of the Clinic Services department which includes the outpatient clinic, the laboratory, the dispensing pharmacy, the oncology team, and client education. In 2019 Liz's role expanded further when she took on the additional responsibility of managing the Client Services Department as the Outpatient Services Manager. Liz has always had a special interest in behavior and pet nutrition. Liz enjoys reading and being outdoors, hiking, gardening, and birding.
