Leandra Lina Ross Tenorio

Leandra Lina Ross Tenorio is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the APAC region at Orange Business. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC at the same company, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist as well as Human Resources Operation & Strategy at McDermott International, Ltd., and Recruitment Manager for Southeast Asia at Randstad Malaysia, where recruitment efforts were focused on clients such as Ericsson and Honeywell. Additional experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation and as a Recruitment Executive at PETRONAS. Leandra holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, earned between 2005 and 2008.
