Usman Javaid

Usman Javaid, PhD, serves as the Chief Products and Marketing Officer at Orange Business since April 2023, overseeing strategic value propositions and product portfolio management. Concurrently, Usman is a Board Member and Advisor at Sense Digital, focusing on sustainable solutions, and serves as the Executive Editor for various IEEE journals. Previously, Usman held significant roles at Amazon Web Services, leading the Services Delivery organization for EMEA and managing emerging technologies. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Vodafone, where Usman drove substantial revenue growth and digital product strategies, as well as stints at France Telecom and the University of South Asia. Usman holds a Ph.D. in Mobile Technologies and IoT from Université de Bordeaux and has furthered education at notable institutions including London Business School and Imperial College London.
