Shelby J. Russell

Shelby J. Russell has extensive work experience in marketing and publishing. In 1996, they started their career as a Coordinator of Marketing at Richmond American Homes and later became a Senior Director of Marketing & Entertainment for the Los Angeles Kings & AEG. In 2006, they became the Vice President of Marketing at Richmond American Homes, overseeing marketing initiatives in over 60 new-housing communities. In 2008, they founded and managed their own ice sculpture and ice décor company called Ice Bulb, generating $300,000 in sales revenue within the first nine months. That same year, they also became the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Cinemas at AEG, responsible for managing marketing for various AEG entities. Currently, Shelby holds the positions of President and Publisher at Los Angeles Magazine, Orange Coast Magazine, and Pasadena Magazine.

Shelby J. Russell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado Denver. Shelby J. attended the university from 1994 to 1996.
