We are looking for a Gaming Community Manager to define and develop our community-building initiatives and act as a liaison between our organization and the target audience.
This position involves close collaboration with the game development team and subject matter experts from the gaming industry. You will build, lead, and scale the brand’s outreach programs by monitoring audience behavior and initiating active engagements. You will also assist the marketing/communications team with drafting articles, newsletters, press statements, social media posts, and other communications materials.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about gaming with prior experience in community management. You should have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and direct a team of communications professionals. You must be highly observant to analyze and report community activity, and be highly creative to craft engaging narratives and incentives that will help us establish, grow, and maintain a large player base. Strong knowledge of social media is a must to manage and lead community engagements. Experience in Product Marketing is a plus.
This job offers flexibility with fully remote options across the United States or a hybrid setup based at our Burbank, California office.
