Orange County Comptroller
Gail Green MSM has a diverse and extensive background in property records administration, community service, and ministry. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Central Florida PRIA Local Chapter, Gail leads initiatives to foster collaboration among property records professionals. As the Official Records Coordinator for the Orange County Comptroller, Gail manages training and oversees the handling of official records and associated fees. Experience also includes advisory roles at Valencia Community College and the Central Florida Employment Council, as well as prior management positions with the Orange County Clerk of Courts. Gale's commitment to community service is evident through roles such as Assistant Pastor and Youth and Discipleship Director at Livingston Street Church of God, along with board membership at Apopka Family Learning Center. Academically, Gail holds multiple degrees and certifications in business management and human resources.
Orange County Comptroller
The Comptroller is an elected official answering directly to the citizens of Orange County and serves as a check and balance for the public in the use of County resources. This results in heightened levels of transparency, the protection of public assets, and the greatest accounting integrity possible. Services performed by the County Comptroller can be classified into three broad categories: Financial, Audit, and Records Administration. The Comptroller’s specific roles include serving as chief financial officer, county auditor, Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, recorder of official records, and custodian of county funds and records.
