Earl Biggett

Earl Biggett, Jr. is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in security management and safety across various sectors. Currently serving as the Security Administrator at the Orange County Convention Center since September 2021, Earl is responsible for security implementation, training, and human capital management. As the CEO/President of Bright Futures Consulting, LLC since March 2017, Earl leads a Florida-based security firm specializing in special events management and threat assessments. Previously, Earl held senior security roles at Churchill Downs Racetrack and the City of Orlando, enhancing safety protocols at major venues. With over 25 years of experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Earl has held multiple high-level positions including Unit Chief and Crisis Response Manager. Earl holds a Master’s degree in Homeland Security Management from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.
