Vickie Byrd, Psy.D has a long and successful career in Human Resources. Vickie has held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at the Orange County Museum of Art since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. from 2006-2021, where they designed and implemented a comprehensive performance review program and rolled out an employee handbook and illness and injury prevention program. From 1999-2006, they were the Executive Vice President at the Bowers Museum, where they managed daily business operations and human resources, negotiated contracts, oversaw grants, and supervised staff and volunteers.
Vickie Byrd, Psy.D. obtained their Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University-Irvine. Vickie also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's degree in U.S. History from California State University-San Bernardino.
