Neeraj (Raj) Kapur, MBA has a strong background in IT operations and management. Neeraj (Raj) started their career at Re:Sources in 2004 as an IT Support Team Lead, overseeing a team providing support to local and remote offices. Neeraj (Raj) then moved to ZenithOptimedia in 2007 as an Operations Manager, handling IT projects, compliance, and budgeting. In 2009, they joined McCann Worldgroup as an IT Operations Manager, leading the server/infrastructure team.
