Amy Thornton

Amy Thornton has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Development at Orange County Rescue Mission since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Children of the Nations as a Philanthropy Lead from April 2018 to January 2023, and as a Mid Tier Philanthropy Advisor from June 2016 to April 2018. Amy also worked at Pearl Home Care as a Business Development Manager from October 2010 to June 2016, where they successfully developed the Orange County territory and established relationships with key decision makers in a competitive market.

Amy Thornton attended California State University, Fullerton from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
