Mark Schaff

Mark Schaff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and learning development. Currently serving as Principal Learning Administrator at OCTA since September 2005, Mark focuses on supervisor and first-level manager development through competency training and personal coaching. Prior to this role, Mark owned Value Capture Consulting, offering business acumen training to those responsible for budgets. Previous positions include Corporate Controller and Interim CFO at Zee Medical Services, Manager of Corporate Finance at International Rectifier, and Manager of Accounting at Times Mirror Cable Television, along with earlier roles in internal auditing at Times Mirror Company and KPMG. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Development from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, complemented by an AA in Japanese from Dixie State University.
