Melissa Mungia

Melissa Mungia currently serves as the Section Manager II for Specialized Transit Services at the Orange County Transportation Authority since June 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa Mungia accumulated a decade of experience at Access Services, where positions included Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Intern from July 2010 to June 2020. Melissa Mungia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 2013, and also obtained a certificate in Transit and Paratransit Management from the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business.
