Bjorn Rasmussen

Bjorn Rasmussen serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Orange Cyberdefense since March 2023, focusing on advancing the technological vision and enhancing threat intelligence across the Nordic region. Previously, Bjorn worked as an IT Security Specialist at mnemonic from May 2021 to March 2023 and as a Cyber Security Consultant at NCIS Norway - National Cybercrime Centre from August 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included investigations in organized crime and cybercrime. Bjorn's foundational skills were developed during a tenure as a Detective Sergeant with the Oslo Police District from August 2012 to August 2016, engaging in organized crime investigations. An early career in the military included roles as a Combat Engineer with ISAF and TMBN - Telemark Bataljon, focusing on specialized engineering tasks and NBC threat assessment. Bjorn holds multiple degrees from Politihøgskolen, including a Master's degree in Investigation and a Bachelor's degree in Police Work, complemented by certification as a Nordic Computer Forensic Investigator.
