Maarten Aerts

Maarten Aerts is an experienced Application Security Consultant at Orange Cyberdefense since February 2009. Previously, Maarten held various roles, including Senior Drupal Developer at Cegeka NV from October 2012 to June 2020, and Drupal & Magento Developer at Statik between July 2011 and September 2012. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Sitecore Consultant at Boondoggle and positions as a PHP & SharePoint Developer at A&C Systems and a .NET Developer focusing on MS SharePoint at Ordina Belgium. Maarten began a career in technology with an internship at Ordina Belgium as a Junior .NET Developer and earlier as a Trainee at HaCeCo, where database analysis was the focus. Maarten holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven, earned from 2005 to 2008.
