Achmad Zidane

Achmad Zidane is a culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality settings. Currently serving as Demi Chef De Partie at Orange Holding since March 2022, Achmad previously held the role of Commis Chef at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from August 2019 to March 2022. Early career experiences include positions as Commis Chef and Kitchen Daily Worker at the same hotel group, as well as Kitchen Daily Worker at Balai Kartini from January 2017 to February 2019. Achmad began culinary training as a Kitchen Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in early 2018. Educationally, Achmad holds a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Sahid Vocational Tourism High School, completed in June 2019.
