Burcu Cracknell is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Head Chef at Orange Hospitality Limited and Josette Dubai since September 2021, Burcu has previously held roles such as Sous Chef at The Arts Club Dubai and Junior Sous Chef at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai. Burcu's culinary journey began at ZUMA Restaurants as a Commis Chef in January 2008, with additional experience in roles including Demi Chef De Partie at LPM Restaurant & Bar and Chef De Partie at La Serre Restaurant. Burcu holds an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Işık Üniversitesi, completed in January 2007.
