Rania worked at Orange Jordan from 2008 to 2015, where they held various roles including Customer Care Team Lead, Customer Care Business Development, Senior Customer Care Advisor, and Product Leader-Marketing. During their time at Orange Jordan, Rania achieved notable accomplishments such as automating 90% of department manual work, establishing a reporting and analysis system, and managing communications to resolve department issues.
