Fiston Wachiba

Fiston Wachiba is a professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and digital communication. Since October 2017, Fiston has held the position of Responsable des applications et expériences clients at Orange RDC, where responsibilities include developing communication plans and monitoring application updates while addressing subscriber concerns through digital solutions. Fiston has also been active at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) since June 2011, initially starting as a Call Center Advisor and progressing to a Social Media Administrator, effectively engaging with customers on social media platforms to promote products and ensure brand consistency. Fiston's career began at the DRC State in the Social Affairs Ministry, working within the Computer Science Section from March 2005 to November 2011. Fiston holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Kinshasa RDC and a State Diploma in Biochemistry from Ecole Masamba.
