Kathryn Ellis is an experienced educator currently serving as the English Lead and Attendance Officer at Orange Tree School since August 2023. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Director Of Learning at Copthall School from September 2020 to August 2023 and worked as a Casual Relief teacher with Tradewind Australia from October 2018 to October 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Teacher of English and pastoral leader at The Dean Trust and as a Fully Qualified Teacher in local Manchester schools through Teaching Personnel. Kathryn's education includes a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from The University of Manchester and ongoing studies in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling at Middlesex University and Terapia. Additionally, Kathryn has a background in training for film and television acting, having attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles.
