Christian Chang

Christian Chang has been working in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2018. Christian is currently employed at Orange Tree Staffing, LLC as the Nursing Recruitment Director, Recruitment Manager, and Allied Health Recruiter. As the Allied Health Recruiter, their responsibilities include marketing services to clients based on their needs and providing candidates in a timely manner, organizing background checks and drug screening processes, and delivering and driving recruiting goals by interviewing candidates on a daily basis. Prior to this, they worked at South Motors BMW as the Loaner Vehicle Coordinator from 2017.

Christian Chang completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida between 2015 and 2017.
