Hugues Foulon

Hugues Foulon is the current Executive Director of Strategy & Cybersecurity activities at Orange. Prior to this, they were the Financial Director for the B2C mobile market at Orange France from January 2005 to December 2007. From January 2000 to December 2005, they were the Deputy CEO at Monaco Telecom. And finally, from January 1994 to December 2000, they were the Director at Veolia Environnement.

Hugues Foulon was educated at the École Polytechnique, a school specializing in maths and physics. Hugues then went on to study at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale, before completing their education at the ENSTA Paris and Ecole Alsacienne.

Hugues Foulon reports to Christel Heydemann, CEO. They are on a team with Mickael Trabbia - Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, Fabienne Dulac - Deputy CEO & CEO, France, and Elizabeth Tchoungui - Executive Director of CSR, Diversity & Philanthropy & Deputy Chair, Orange Foundation.
