Hugues Foulon

Hugues Foulon has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, including serving as the CEO of Orange Cyberdefense and the Executive Director of Strategy and Cybersecurity at Orange. Prior to their current positions, Hugues held key roles such as Chief Financial Officer for Africa - Middle East - Asia and Financial Director for the B2C mobile market at Orange France. Hugues also has experience as the Deputy CEO at Monaco Telecom and Director at Veolia Environnement. Hugues Foulon is an alumnus of École Polytechnique, Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale, ENSTA Paris, Ecole Alsacienne, and Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN).
