Jean-François Fallacher

Jean-François Fallacher s a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, Jean-François Fallacher began his career in the late 90s during the French internet boom before moving to the Netherlands to take up the role of COO as of the Wanadoo ISP.

Joining Orange in 2006, he has since held key functions including CEO of Sofrecom, a consulting company specializing in the telecoms sector, and from 2011 to 2016, CEO of Orange Romania.

Between 2016 and September 2020, Jean-Francois was the CEO for Orange Polska, the leading telco in Poland serving more than 15 million mobile and 4 million fixed broadband customers. Under his leadership, the company returned to growth thanks to a massive fiber investment and convergence strategy. Jean-Francois Fallacher is also an active member of the business community as a French Foreign Trade Advisor and serves as President of the board of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce (CCIFP).

Jean-François Fallacher took on the role of CEO for Orange Spain and an associate member of the Group’s Executive Committee between September 2020 and April 2023.

He was appointed Executive Vice President, and CEO of Orange France on 3 April 2023.
