Mark Kayton is the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at OrangeGrid. Mark has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on real estate and title insurance. Prior to joining OrangeGrid, Mark was the Managing Member of Ibis Management Advisors, LLC, and the Principal and Director of First Financial Title Agency of New Jersey, Inc. Mark has also served as the Principal and General Counsel at Field Asset Services, Inc.

Mark Kayton received a Doctor of Law (JD) from University of Miami School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas.

Their manager is Todd Mobraten, CEO. They are on a team with Chet Barr - Director, IT, Ryan Werts - Chief Architect, and Denis Brosnan - President.
