Sujee Saparamadu is the CEO and Founder of OrangeHRM. Sujee has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development and architecture.

Sujee started their career as a Business Analyst / Senior System Architect at Merrill Lynch. Sujee then spent a year as the Director of Application Development at hSenid Software International, where they designed and developed the HRM 2000 package.

In 1998, Sujee joined Morgan Stanley as a Team Lead / Senior Software Engineer. Sujee worked on various projects, including the development of a trading system for Synthetic Prime Brokerage. Sujee also led the team that developed the Real-time Customer Service Group Workstation (CSGWS).

After eight years at Morgan Stanley, Sujee left to become a Technical Consultant at Eastman Kodak. Sujee spent two years there before founding OrangeHRM in 2006.

Under Sujee’s leadership, OrangeHRM has become a leading provider of HR software, with over 1 million users in 120 countries. The company has won numerous awards, including the Best SME HRMS Solution at the World HRD Congress and the Best Open Source Solution at the HR Technology Conference & Expo.

Saparamadu has a MIS from Boston University and a BS from the University of New Haven. Sujee also has a DSS.
