Luciana Rosano Cavallaro

Luciana Rosano Cavallaro has been working since 2001 in various roles. From 2001 to 2002, they were an Asistente Comercial at Latinstock Uruguay - Banco de Imágenes, where they generated relationships of trust with clients and was responsible for billing and follow-up of collections. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Responsable Comercial at LR Producciones, a company focused on providing photography and video services for social events. From 2014 to 2018, they were an Asistente Comercial - Marketing at XCMG Uruguay S.A., where they were responsible for reports and follow-up of business opportunities for the direction. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Encargada - Asistente de Dirección - Marketing at MAD Escuela de Musica Actuacion & Danza, where they were responsible for assigning, coordinating and supervising the tasks of the maintenance, cleaning and administration team. Finally, from 2019 to present, they are the Head of People Care and HR & Office Manager at OrangeLoops, where they are responsible for directing and controlling the design and implementation of the employee development strategy.

Luciana Rosano Cavallaro completed their primary education at Escuela 175 Pedro Campbell from 1983 to 1989. Luciana then attended Liceo 15 Ibiray & Colegio y Liceo Jesús María from 1990 to 1996, where they earned their Bachillerato Humanístico - Economía. From 2008 to 2009, they attended EDA - Escuela de Administración, where they completed a Técnico en Administración program. Most recently, Luciana Rosano Cavallaro completed their Analista en RRHH in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from Universidad de la Empresa in 2021.
