Aleksei Ladeishchikov

Aleksei Ladeishchikov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Aleksei started their career as a University Teacher at Bryansk State University in 2005 and later became a Chief University Teacher at Bryansk State Engineering-Technological Academy. In 2015, they transitioned to the industry as a Full-stack Developer at WebCenter. Subsequently, Aleksei worked at Pena Production as the Head of the Development Department. In 2020, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Digital agency aim. Later, they joined Plyo as a Senior Backend Engineer. Currently, Aleksei holds the position of Head of Web Team at Orangesoft.

Aleksei Ladeishchikov obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Mathematics from Bryansk State University named after I.G. Petrovsky. Aleksei pursued their studies at the university from 1999 to 2004.
