David Wight

David Wight currently serves as SVP of Operations Services at Orangetheory Fitness, a position held since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Field Operations for the East Division at Subway from February 2021 to December 2022, and Partner at Häagen-Dazs Shops from January 2019 to March 2020, where significant growth was achieved from 1 to 11 stores, resulting in an 1,800% increase in EBITDA. Previously, David held various positions at Restaurant Brands International, including VP of Program Management and VP of Global Operations at Popeyes, as well as Senior Director of Internal Consulting and Director of Franchise Performance at Burger King. David's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where David advanced through multiple roles, ultimately becoming District Manager overseeing 11 stores. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Sonoma State University.
