RJ Cincotta has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a Fitness Support Specialist at Orangetheory Fitness since September 2024. Prior to this role, RJ held the position of General Manager at Colorado Home Cooling and Daylighting from March 2022 to October 2024, and also worked as General Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from April 2013 to March 2022. Additionally, RJ contributed to Orangetheory Fitness as a Director of Fitness and Regional Trainer. RJ obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Adelphi University, graduating in 2010.
