Hannah Day is a distinguished yoga instructor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in prenatal and postnatal yoga. As the founder of Power Mama Yoga™ and BirthPrep Yoga™, Hannah has successfully transitioned yoga classes to an online format, helping hundreds of mothers find time for themselves in the comfort of their homes. With a background that includes roles such as Director of Teacher Training at MOGA and experience teaching at various studios, including Oranj Fitness and Moksha Yoga Kelowna, Hannah has cultivated a strong community dedicated to supporting mothers on their journeys. Hannah holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature and Germanic Studies from the University of Victoria and has previously worked in communications and event coordination in the arts sector.
