Ségolène GANDRILLON has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ségolène started their career at Giat Industries in 1997 as an Internal Communication Officer, where they were responsible for managing internal communication for a division of 4,500 employees. Ségolène later became the Head of Purchasing at Giat Industries, where they developed and implemented purchasing strategies in various areas.
In 2005, Ségolène joined NEXTER as an HR Generalist before moving to Nexter Systems in 2006 as a Talent HR Manager. In this role, they designed and implemented talent HR strategies and processes, led group HR projects, and managed diversity initiatives.
Ségolène joined AREVA in 2009 as a Talent and Organization HR Senior Manager, where they were responsible for managing human resources for a mining division with several thousand employees worldwide. Ségolène later became the Human Resources Manager at AREVA before transitioning to their current role as VP of Human Resources at Orano.
Ségolène GANDRILLON completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Studies at Sciences Po Bordeaux in 1995. Ségolène then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Sciences Politiques at Université Bordeaux 3, graduating in 1996. In 2006, they obtained a HR & Organization certificate from HEC Paris, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2012, Ségolène completed the AREVA business executive program at Harvard Business School.
