Tamer Salah is an experienced HR Manager currently at Orascom Construction PLC since October 2015, where Tamer has played a pivotal role in managing HR operations for a significant joint venture to construct the largest water treatment plant globally. Responsibilities include overseeing HR performance, compliance with employment law, talent acquisition, career development, and setting organizational culture. Tamer has previously held leadership positions at Bahr ElBaqar Water Treatment Plant and Orascom Construction, along with a background in HR functions for various infrastructure projects. Tamer holds an MBA from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo.
